Welcome to Lucid AI(in Korean: 서울리스트랩 주식회사). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lucid AI website and services ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Service.
1.1. Multiple Accounts: Users are permitted to create and maintain multiple accounts on Lucid AI, provided that these accounts are not used to actively circumvent any restrictions or engage in prohibited activities. Any attempt to create and use multiple accounts for such purposes may result in immediate account suspension or banning at our discretion.
2.1. Official APIs: Lucid AI utilizes official APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) provided by TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, or X (the “Social media”) to retrieve and display data.
2.2. Data Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate features, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the searching results and analysis on Lucid AI. Users are responsible for verifying any data they rely on from our Service.
3.1. Social Media API Changes: Lucid AI relies on TikTok's APIs to function correctly. We cannot guarantee the continuous availability or functionality of our Service, as changes made by Social Media to their APIs may affect our ability to provide the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt to such changes but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
4.1. Compliance: Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms when using Lucid AI.
4.2. Privacy: Users are responsible for protecting their personal information and ensuring the security of their Lucid AI account. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access or use of your account.
5.1. Banning: Lucid AI reserves the right to suspend or ban users who violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, as outlined in Section 1.
6.1. Updates: Lucid AI may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications indicate your acceptance of the updated Terms.
7.1. No Warranty: Lucid AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7.2. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucid AI shall not be liable for any problems, damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of the Service. Lucid AI assumes no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or any other problems that may occur during the use of the Service.
8.1. Monthly Subscription: Lucid AI offers a monthly premium membership subscription ("Lucid AI Enterprises") that grants users access to additional features and benefits. By purchasing a Premium Membership, you agree to pay the associated monthly subscription fee.
8.2. Billing: Premium Membership fees will be billed every month to the payment method provided by the user at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
You may cancel your Premium Membership at any time by visiting the "Lucid AI Enterprises" section on our website or mailing us to cancel the subscription. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
10.1. Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with our Services, you have the right to request a refund within thirty (30) days of your last billed payment.
10.2. Refund Amount: Refunds will only be issued for the amount of the last invoiced payment cycle. No other fees or charges, including any previous billing cycles, will be refunded.
